RECIPE: St. Patrick's Day Dessert Cocktails 🍀
St. Patricks Day is this Friday and you know we love an excuse to host a party! Invite your friends over this Friday and make these two on theme St. Patricks Day Dessert Cocktails:
Pot O' Cold:
1. Start with a perfectly on theme Emerald Handle & Base Irish Coffee Mug.
2. Fill your mug halfway with coffee (we love the Un-Sweet Stok Cold Brew!)
3. Add a splash of Irish Whiskey to mug (leave the whiskey out if you're looking for a non-alcoholic option!)
4. Add 2 scoops of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream to each mug.
5. Serve with biscotti.

Guinness Float with Whiskey Whipped Cream:
(Yields 2 floats)
1 & 2. Make the Whiskey Whipped Cream: Combine 1/2 cup cold heavy cream, 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey, & 2 teaspoons sugar in a bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Taste and add more whiskey if you want!
3. Grab your favorite Vintage Irish Coffee Mug
4. Add 1 cup vanilla ice cream to each chilled mug
5. Then, very slowly pour the Guinness into each mug (it will bubble over if you pour too fast). Serve with the whiskey whipped cream on top!Â
